Meditation - Relaxation & become one with the energy

Find a quiet place and sit down chair/floor no yogic positioning is needed so for those of us who may be less flexible don't panic! I'd recommend you try to sit as upright as you can as I find this helps with my personal energy connection but this is not essential for the exercise.

Closing your eyes become aware of your breathing and listen to its rhythm for about 5 breaths.

In this calm space we call upon the highest & best, our guides and overseers and as that a sphere of protection is placed around us at the level that is required throughout our meditation. Visualise the sphere as it appears approximately around you - know that you are safe.

Focus again on your breathing and listen to its rhythm for about 5 breaths.

As you sit in the silence, become aware of a white tube of light above the top of your head. Allow this tube to come down and move in a straight line down through your body and watch as it goes into the ground and continues into the earth core. Mentally see how this energy flows and connects you upwards to the universe & beyond and downwards into the earth.

With this connection in place, become aware as the tube stars to expand very slowly, feel as it grows evenly until it reaches your shoulder width and continues to expand to the ridge of the room. Be aware of the brightness of energy around you.

Watch and feel the energy as it starts to move around you. Become aware of the colour or colours of the energy that you are shown.

Watch and feel the movement of the energy as it not only flows around you but now starts to flow through you. Inhale & exhale - Slowly feel how you become one with the energy. Allow yourself to dissolve into to energy and know you are one with the energy, colour and vibration around you.

I am going to leave you to absorb and be this energy for a few minutes (approx 10 if experienced in meditation or if new approx 5).

Shortly you will be returning, become aware of your breathing and slowly physical form as you start to return back to the room. Watch as the energy moves back to your body and then fades - know that this energy is there whenever you need it

In your own time allow yourself to return to the room, wiggling your fingers wiggling your toes as you return to the room and in your own time open your eyes as you return.
