Stress and frustration can be overwhelming. Modern life triggers a wide range of emotions, including stress, annoyance, and anger. This short practical course explores anger, its causes, and effects. We’ll learn methods to respond differently to challenging situations and people. This approach fosters mental freedom and flexibility, allowing us to respond to life’s triggers in positive ways that promote peace of mind and better relationships.
Classes include an initial relaxation meditation exercise, a talk, a guided meditation, and conclude with discussion and questions with the teacher.
We encourage you to book early if you plan to attend classes, as seating is limited.
