Storing survival food in large quantities is not the answer to surviving the great changes accelerating now and in the near future on the Earth. The Earth is cleansing Herself of all that isn’t of love, unity, and balance. Alignment and the acceptance our feminine side is the answer.

The qualities of love, unity and balance are from our feminine side, which represents the embracing of our feeling side. In most cases both sexes are out of balance in the feminine side, because the expression of feelings has not been acceptable on this planet.

You can’t give to others what we don’t feel towards yourself first. If you try to give someone love, without loving yourself first, you give guilt instead. How? Because you are trying to show someone else how you want “them” to treat you so you feel loved. It’s you who has to show you first. By giving love first to yourself, you show others the way to self-love as well.

If someone is not meant to continue on the Earth plane it won’t matter how much survival food they store. On the other hand, if they are, they will flourish even if they have no survival food. God will find everyone’s right place and each of us will continue our spiritual processes there.

So why talk about survival food at all? Survival food is not about just existing. It’s about flourishing with greater vitality, energy, stamina, and love NOW. Yes, nourishing our bodies properly is about loving ourselves, which is part of the acceptance of our feminine side. Survival foods are super foods that are highly nutritious, and in some cases they cleanse our bodies bringing them back into balance.

Surviving the great cycle changes is about feeling our emotions and loving ourselves. It’s not about the latest and greatest disaster shelter or survival food storage methods.

The survival foods in this article will help you understand and replace missing essential nutrients in your body. The most important aspect of these survival foods is they are food, not laboratory synthesized nutrients.

Let’s talk about survival food. This article will focus on the best survival foods to nourish your bodies. These survival foods will be even more important if there is a disruption in the food supply for reasons ranging from power outages to massive transportation stoppages due to peak oil, etc., which are all very real possibilities.

Survival Food has to be Nutrient Dense, Highly Digestible, Mineral Rich, Store Easily, and be Relatively Inexpensive.

It should not require refrigeration, should be lightweight and readily available. Wow! Do these types of food even exist? The short answer is yes. But to get a true full spectrum of the nutrients and the bulk you need from survival food, it’s necessary to combine these very powerful food sources.

The First Survival Foods is a Group of Blue Green Algae.

Algal are the first living organisms to inhabit our planet. Blue green algae created the oxygen in our atmosphere bringing abundant life to a dead planet. Even today, the smallest and the largest of water creatures depend on algae to supply a full spectrum of their nutrients as basic survival food. Algae supply these nutrients in a form that is readily available for their bodies to immediately assimilate in far greater percentages than any other food source. Algae release its superior nutritional profile freely and easily.

The three blue green algae super foods are Klamath Blue Green Algae, Spirulina, and Chlorella. These algae are at the top of the list as algae survival foods.

This is true even though supplements may show a greater percentage of a vital nutrient on the label. It’s the synergistic effect of the “whole” plant or salt that makes it a survival food. In most cases the particle size of supplements are too large or in the wrong form for the body to use as survival food.

My advice is to work harder on your personal spiritual growth rather than store massive amounts of survival food. Feelings are the gift that shows us what we need to heal, if we would only allow ourselves to feel them. The changes on the planet are about men and women learning how to receive, accept and love their feminine side…or feeling side. This side has been rejected since the beginning of time to the detriment of us all.

In order to survive the great cycle change coming around 2012 we all have to look at own our emotions. It's about accepting responsibility for everything that happens in our lives. It wouldn’t be in our lives if it wasn’t asking for healing. In order to heal it, it has to be felt first.

The body holds all the denied feelings, limitations, and guilt we hold. Where did you think those unfelt feelings went? That’s why so many people are overweight, aging, depressed, and diseased. These are all signs of holding onto suppressed feelings that keep coming back for acceptance, understanding, forgiveness and ultimately loving release.

That’s why many people marry a personality that’s like a parent they had issues with as a child. They never dealt with the feelings and emotional charge with that parent. These feelings don’t go away. They keep coming back in another form for acceptance. This is called imprinting, and it’s this imprinting that needs to be healed.

These survival foods don’t mean you can forgo doing your inner work. It’s important that survival foods be incorporated into your diet to keep your body as healthy as possible so you can deal with the feelings that are keeping you from evolving in consciousness.

Welcome negative feeling and events. After you’ve fully felt them, let them lovingly show you the direction of your own healing. The key is to honestly take responsibility for your own feelings and learn the lessons taught about denial, judgment, jealousy, anger and guilt.

The sprouts can be eaten in salads, cooked, dried and ground for bread, or used any way the adult plant would be used. They are easy to grow in a jar, sprouting tray or other.

This article was designed to give you a broad education on survival foods, and know why they were chosen. I would not consider these products expensive because of what they are capable of doing for your health. I would consider supplements and foods your body does not get the proper nutrients from expensive, because they are empty.
