Mindfulness, Self-love, and Self-respect:
Due to the energy streaming into the Earth from the universe, whether it be inside or outside of us it's affecting us.
Sometimes it makes the whole body feel like it's been charged with uncomfortable vibrations, feeling like we are not quite in tune with ourselves, making it difficult to focus on anything other than real 3-D mundane things like sleeping, just sitting, It can make the head hurt because the energy coming in is very powerful indeed.

Taking it on a different level and knowing what is, gives us the ability to be able to work through the symptoms by calming the inner self, consciously regulating the thoughts to help reduce excess energy. This practice involves mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-respect. Focusing on these elements helps to manage emotions, engage in quiet meditation, and prepare for upcoming moments.

On a reality check, what you are doing is using thoughts to alter the feelings no matter what has caused them.
It’s being in the moment and allowing mindfulness to alter the things that are upsetting you by giving yourself the love and respect that it deserves, looking after your temple.
